“The hotel is small-scale but very cosy and well-managed. The staff was so friendly and willing to help that we had such a nice stay. Getting around Boston and the nearby towns is convenient, if you drive or use the subway connections. We could enjoy coffee and cookies they provide in the lobby. ”
“We feel comfortable mostly for this stay. 2 places need improvement in our opinion: the breakfast area and the swimming pool.
Having 2 hotels in the same building (homewood & hampton), the breakfast area is just too small and narrow to accommodate many people at the same time. We arrive 30 min before it closes and there are so many people that you can't even grab and go. And food ran out so quickly that the staff can't keep up with. A better design of the area will help with the flow.

“Our room was in the old part and was very spacious and nicely decorated. The staff is phenomenal. I was quite disappointed though that they had no breakfast options. They have 2 restaurants but neither is open for breakfast. I developed a bad leg issue and it was really hard to get to the car, drive to a restaurant for breakfasts. I couldn't walk even 3 blocks!
