“Great location for visiting Sandringham. Breakfast not included in room fee. My husband likes to read and write in morning. There was no desk in the room and no access to open areas in the facility. Being located “right next” to the road, with the bed on that wall, it was noisy. Double pained windows on that wall would help. ”

The Church next to the venue is well worth a visit, and there is a small relatively well stocked shop just a two minute walk away. Parking was very easy with plenty of space to choose from. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. “What's not to like? Fabulous place, great family atmosphere about the place. Great food, good beer, nice room, dog friendly, Limited parking, but right in the middle of town in the middle of Norfolk. Sensible location for anyone working in the area, close to the A11. Good dog walking from the pub. Daniel and his team (overseen by Mum) are very welcoming, as is the pub - it'll wrap it's warm and welcoming arms around you - here you can relax and feel at home and really look forward to returning...
