역바로앞/온수는 녹물/냉장고없음/저렴하고 깨끗함.
덩스커우 역에서 가까워서 점수를 주긴했지만... 일단,, 물이 항상 따뜻한 물이 나오지 않고... 나올때는 완젼 녹물이 나온다 ㅠㅠ 둘이 다 차가운물로 비명을 지르며 샤워함. 그리고 냉장고가 없다. 두가지가 완젼 에러 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 그래도 저렴해서 좋았다. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

저는 원룸 투베드 사용했습니다. 지하는 평이 안좋아서 지상에서 묵었는데 방은 만족했지만 와이파이가 안돼서 불편했습니다. 주변에서 잡을 만한 와이파이도 없어요 ㅠㅠ 그래도 왕푸징역에서 가깝고 숙박비도 저렴하니까 만족할 수 있었습니다. 드라이기도 있다해서 안들고 갔다가 없어서 낭패봤어요. 꼭 들고가세요.

한정판 특별할인 이라해서 싼맛에 예약 했다가 황당....인터넷커녕 휴대폰도 안터지는 밀실같은 지하방...드라이기도 없고...책상하나 없이 침대하나 놓인 공간에...악취 안빠지는 화장실...최악의 지하방임...절대 강력 비추!!!~

위치만 훌륭
지하철역은 1분거리. 하지만 다른 시설이 너무 별로였어요. 특히 창문없는 방은 절대 비추입니다. 화장실 냄새나고 해서 저는 바로 담날 방 업그레이드했어요 ㅠㅠ

3성급 호텔이라고 하지만 전체적으로 한국의 모텔 수준임. 카펫이 깔려 있지만 맨발로 다닐 정도는 아니고, 슬리퍼를 신고 다니면 됨. 화장실 상태는 그리 좋진 않지만, 나쁠 정도까지도 아님. 침대 커버도 꽤나 깨끗했고, 이불도 괜찮았음. 매일 청소해주면서 커버도 바꿔주고 수건도 갈아줌. 안락한 여행을 원한다면 더 고급 호텔에 가면 될테고, 배낭여행이나 대학생, 혹은 호텔은 잠만 편안하게 잘 수 있으면 좋다는 사람이라면 추천함. 무엇보다 값이 상당히 싸면서 왕푸징 거리까지 도보 7~8분, 뎅시코우 지하철역 A출구에서 고작 10미터 왼쪽이라는 지리상의 이점이 존재하기 때문. 카운터 직원은 영어를 못 하지만, 매니저는 영어를 잘 함. 지하에 식당이 있다고는 하는데, 주변에 워낙 맛집이 많아서 가보지는 못헀음.

1. 위치: 위치는 아주 좋습니다. 지하철 c출구 건너편 바로 앞입니다. 또한, 왕푸징다제 일대를 도보로 구경할 수 있습니다. 왕푸징다제에서 도보로 5분 거리입니다. 2. 청결: 전반적으로 호텔 시설 자체는 세련되진 않습니다. 침실은 매우 괜찮은데 화장실이 좀 문제입니다. 냄새가 나거나 하는 문제는 아니고 깨끗하게 청소를 안합니다. 이 호텔의 가장 문제점 이라고 생각합니다. 3. 서비스: 카운터에 있는 호텔 직원들 간단한 영어 회화 가능합니다. 의사소통에 전혀문제 없었습니다. 정리하자면, 청결도에 문제가 있을 뿐, 다른 면에서는 비교적 괜찮습니다.

왕푸징 근처에 저렴한 호텔(모텔)찾으시는 분께 추천합니다.
퀄리티를 기대하시기보다는 왕푸징과 가까운 위치, 그리고 저렴한 가격과 가격대비 괜찮은 서비스.. 참고로 팁을 침대위에 놔두고 나갔다가 왔는데 청소는 깨끗이 되어있고 팁은 그대로 두고 갔더군요.. 꽤 친절하구요... 영어 사용하시는 분들은 조금 힘들지도 모르겠습니다. 중국어로 하시는게 맘편하구요. 야진(선수금)이 200원인가를 체크인 하실때 내셔야 됩니다. 중국어 안되시는 분 야진이라고 하면서 돈 내라고 하면 나중에 돌려주는 돈이니 내시면 될꺼예요. 어떤 분은 바퀴벌레를 봤니, 냄새가 하수구 냄새라니.. 틀린 말이라기 보다는 중국 특유의 냄새는 어쩔 수 없구요.. 에어컨 틀면 되는 문제구요, 바퀴벌레는 못봤습니다. 가격저렴하고 친절하고 그냥 부담 없이 편안히 잠들기 원하는 분들께 추천합니다. 인터넷 속도는 기대하지 마시구요..ㅋㅋ

Horrible Stay! Left quickly.
I had a very hard time finding this place. The entrance is in an alley way. I was given a room downstairs without windows which was fine, however there is a restaurant downstairs and a bathroom and those smells just linger into your room which is nauseating. There were a lot of fruit fly and gnats flying in the room. The shower floods the entire bathroom and a little ends up in the room. The bed is really hard. I then saw several roaches at which point I decided to leave. I had booked 3 nights, but after this I just could not. This place is horrible. The staff does not speak any English and was not able to understand why I wanted to check out.

ロケーションと料金の安さは素晴らしいです。
よかった点は、王府井や天安門まで徒歩圏内でありながら料金がとても安かったところ、2泊しかしなかったのにきちんとルームキーピングしてくれたところ、シャワーでお湯が出たところ、最終日のチェックアウト(正午)に数分遅れてしまったのですが、延長料金などなしに済ませてくれたところです。感謝しています。よくなかった点は、安い部屋だから仕方ないのですが、トイレの臭いが臭かったところです(徐々に慣れましたが)。地下の部屋で、狭かったのですが、それは料金の安さを思えばやむを得ないと思います。トイレとシャワーの間にシャワーカーテンすらなかったのには驚きましたが、空調で乾きました。スリッパが備え付けなので、仮にトイレの床が濡れても、さほど気にならないと思います。大手旅行会社のツアーで使うホテルなどに慣れている方々にはおすすめ出来ませんが、個人的には満足しています。

王府井に歩いて行けて、地下鉄の駅からも３０秒で、安くていいと思います。唯一なのは、
唯一難があるとすれば、３千円くらいの部屋だったこともあるんだけどシャワーの排水がイマイチで、シャワーとトイレが一緒なんですけど、トイレ側に水たまりができちゃうのが難でした。 全体的にぶっきらぼうな中国ですから、まあスタッフの姿勢も悪いとは思いませんでした。ニコニコ感は全然ありませんけどね。

原本住地下室，完全沒對外窗，非常不舒服。毛巾還有怪味，髒髒舊舊。 後來換到樓上有對外窗，設施依然老舊，還有菸味....下次不會再來！ 而且也沒網路.....

Bad room. Not again!!
This hotel is in bad condition. My room num 107, next to a restaurant. The corridor is dirty. Once you entered the room, you could find a cockroach on the floor. You could also smell those food from the room. The room is stuffy without window. A/C is not cold. You can't sleep well as the bed is hard and you would hear cooking and cutleries sound from the room early morning.

Terrible hotel, reception just speak chinese, bad room, dirty, and the pics on the website do not show the reality. They have rooms in the underground without window. You can imagine the smelling. I do not recommend!!!!!!! It was a nightmare!!!!!

Took over an hour to check-in because I didn't have print-out of booking confirmation. No staff spoke English. However, manager was polite & good humoured. Bed was hard wood with very thin mattress. At 2am asked front-desk if we could move rooms. She said she'd show us another room in the morning. Morning shift had no knowledge of this. Very rude girl on reception made no effort to communicate, kept serving people behind me, to avoid dealing with me. Fine for back-packer or low budget travellers. Not as advertised! We checked out after 1 night to go to a 3-star hotel. I was told the beds were the same in all the rooms, they didn't have any with a real mattress.

Practice your Chinese
I wanted to practice my Chinese so intentionally chose a hotel where none of the staff spoke English. I got to try out such phrases as "The TV still doesn't work" and "I thought there was supposed to be Wifi." But walk out the door and the location is excellent -- right next to the Line 5 subway station, a block from Xing Ba Ke (Starbucks) and 20 minutes from Tian'anmen.

今回9泊。二年前に9泊。二年前、とても良い印象だったので、今回も予約したのですが。セール料金の部屋は、地下、窓なし。ダブルより少し大きい位のベッドと壁までは１メートルない。トランクを広げるスペースなし、椅子なし。部屋全体が湿った臭い。換気なし。エアコンをつける以外に対策なし、このエアコンがうるさい。北京から戻って５日、まだ、あの悪臭と騒音が体に染み着いてる気がする。ゴキブリにも遭遇。初日、部屋を見て、追加料金を払うから違う部屋にしてくれ、と頼んだが、no roomの一点張り。空港に行く用事があったので、フロントでタクシーを頼んだら、空港送迎ツアー160元にしろ、という(二年前は普通に頼んでくれた、空港までは70元で行ける)。もう使わない。

Di questo albergo salverei soltanto il prezzo, davvero bassissimo, e la posizione strategica accanto a una fermata metro e vicino all'inizio della zona commerciale Wangfujing, non lontano da Tienanmen e Città Proibita. Per il resto stenderei un velo pietoso: dall'atteggiamento indisponente del personale, che non capisce lingue diverse dal cinese e non sembra neanche molto interessato a farsi intendere tranne quando ti chiede il deposito al momento del check-in; all'igiene (insetti in camera, pessimo odore, doccia senza neppure una tendina che allagava il bagnetto), alla comodità delle stanze, il cui arredo si esauriva in uno scomodo letto, in una TV ovviamente incomprensibile e in un mobiletto basso su cui erano poggiate acqua e prodotti per il bagno, senza accessori di gran lusso come armadi, sedie o simili (forse lì è anche colpa nostra perché avremmo potuto almeno sceglierle con la finestra e sopra il livello stradale). In conclusione, non dico di andare nei lussuosi alberghi "occidentali" dall'altra parte della strada, ma penso che una sistemazione migliore a Pechino si può sicuramente trovare senza spendere molto di più!

Be careful when you chose this hotel
This hotel is close to attractions and public transportation. However, this hotel is not well managed and its conditions are old and some nonfunctional. In fact I was mislead by its official description, which is overstated and/or inaccurate. For example, it doesn't have wifi inside and I ordered "Deluxe Double Room" but actually got a standard room. The front desk didn't provide sufficient customer help and typically answered "I don't know". For cost, it is overvalued for its charge comparing nearby same level hotels. So I don't recommend it.

Ok hotel.
Great location, right next to subway station. Basement room condition not that good with strong restaurant food smell. AC not cold at B-1 floor. I was switched to a room at B-2 floor then it was ok. Above ground room conditions are acceptable.

The hotel provide basic accommodation in a very central place. The staff was not very friendly but not exactly rude either, they tired to help me when I had some issues, they barely understand English. They had clean bed sheets and warm water. I guess you get what you pay for. I would only recommend this if you are on budget, are staying just a few days and want something basic in central Beijing. The staff tired to deceive me on the deposit (200 RMB), I had to ask several times before I got it.

今時Wi-Fiがなかったので仰天！
2008年春に一度泊まったことがあり、バスタブ付き、地下鉄のすぐそば、深夜まで営業しているコンビニがすぐ脇にあるしベーカリーもそばにあるというロケーションの良さでいてこの料金のため、予約しました。バスタブ付きのHotelは料金が高いところしかないからです。しかし、着いてすぐにフロントで確認したら、何と！Wi-Fiはないとのこと！今時ないなんて信じられませんでした。隣の某チェーンのインにはついているのに。また、五輪前は水もサービスで1日一本ついていたのに、今回は全て有料になっていました。部屋やバスルームも改装されてはいましたが、肝心の風呂の湯がかなりたたないと熱くならず、「節水」となっていたが、熱くなるまでかなり無駄にせざるをえませんでした。ホテルによると、深夜早朝は皆が使ったあとで？ぬるくなるとのこと。Wi-Fiかバスタブ付きをとるかという全く奇妙な二者択一をせねばならないですが、観光、買い物だけでネットをしない人にはまあまあだと思います。ロシア人や他の外人も泊まっていましたが、サービスは期待しない方が良いでしょう。

地下室だけど価格が安く駅のすぐ近く
窓なしに宿泊しましたが、地下とは思いませんでした。インターネットは有線のみで私のPCやスマホは有線が使えないので部屋に入るとインターネットが使用できなくなりとても不便でした。部屋にはドライヤーがありません。不満はありますが、値段の割には広い部屋で、地下鉄の駅もすぐ近くだし、王府丼大街もすぐ近くとても便利でした。朝食は予約しなくても同じ地下にあるレストランで15元で食べられました。

Da ich noch zwei Tage an meinen beruflichen Aufenthalt dran gehängt habe, brauchte ich eine einfache, günstige Unterkunft, die ich via Expedia fand. Die Lage ist gut, da gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite der U-Bahneingang "Denshikou" der Linie 5 ist. Der Eingang des Hotels vefindet sich nicht an der Hauptstrasse, sondern man geht in die Seitengasse und dann auf der Rückseite hinein. Das Rezeptionspersonal spricht 4 Worte Englisch, was Fragen und ggf. Problemlösungen stark erschwert. Das Economyzimmer war sehr kein. Die Sauberkeit ist nicht so der Hit. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster ist wegen der stark befahrenen Straße auch nicht so angenehm. Zusammenfassend würde ich bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt ein anderes Hotel suchen. Wer preislich flexibel nach oben ist, dem kann ich wärmstens das CNCC Grand Hotel empfehlen. Klasse Service, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, Super sauber - Note 1 Ist in der Nähe U-Bahnstation "Olympic Green" dem ehemaligen Olympiagelände. Es hat ein tolles Einkaufszentrum mit interessanter Fressmeile.

Most Terrible hotel stay experience ever - Beijing
We were very disappointed with our very first stay with hotel. When we first check in with the hotel the reception staff insisted that they would only accept cash for hotel deposit. They refused to accept credit card for deposit unless they charged us with an admin fee. When we requested their to see their supervisor, they rejected our request. 2 Upon checking in to the room, the toilet stinked and the room was run-down with old, dirty cupboard, wardrobe and also, toilet bowl with foul smell. 3 We regretted booking this hotel and we quickly checked out a couple of hours after successfully booking with another hotel.

Vi boede på hotel Dawan i to døgn. Vi havde det billigste værelse(et værelse i kælderen uden vindue), hvilket ikke kan anbefales. Der var ikke rent og der lugtede fra kloakken på badeværelset. Dog er beliggenheden rigtig god og det skal siges at personalet på hotellet var søde og hjælpsomme med div ture og spørgsmål.

人生最悪のホテル
安さにつられて泊まりましたが、無料でも二度と泊まりたくないホテルでした。 ＨＰには、シティビューが見える、無料の高速インターネットが使える、とありますが、地下１階で窓はありませんし、インターネットも使えません。 部屋は、白い壁にベットとテレビがあるだけのとにかく殺風景で、最悪なのは臭いです。入った瞬間、とにかく臭いです。また、シャワーとトイレに何の仕切りもカーテンもなく、シャワーを使うと便器回りが水浸しになります。さらに地下にレストランがあり、朝早く物音がして起こされました。 フロントの対応も最悪です。エクスペディアの内容と違うので部屋の変更をお願いしたら、作業をしながらこちらを全く見ることもなく、この価格はこの部屋で、内容が違うのはホテルとは関係ありません。文句があるならエクスペディアに言ってくれとのこと。４泊のうち１泊だけだったので、あきらめましたが、とにかく人生で最悪のホテルでした。

Hotel staffs at lobby counter were very rude.
We stayed four nights. Fisrt night we had hot water at 6:30 pm. No hot water was available at 7 pm in the next nights. I went to front desk to make inquiry about the hot water. The hotel clerks were very rude and said that their hotel is the only hotel in the Wangwujing area that had hot shower. Don't complain. They said the hot water will be available at 8 PM. But the hot water was not on until 9:30 pm. Stay away from this hotel. The hotel staffs are very very rude and lousy. I saw them arguing with the local Chinese guests all the time.

Not for the pampered hotel type. On a side street.
When I walked into my room, my first thought was, "Was someone cooking fish?" I later realized the odor I was experiencing was sewer gas. Chinese low budget hotels are famous for having no decent gas traps in their plumbing and this place is no exception. There is no safe, no coffee pot, no clock. My toilet flush quit working and I used a waste basket full of water to flush until I contacted a maid in the morning. (repair came quickly) Now, why I will stay here again; The rates are acceptable, the air condition was very good, the location to Wanfujing Street, Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City are great. There are decent resturants and stores within a very short distance and my room was super quiet. Being on a side street, (Hutong) there was little traffic. I am 68 years old and walked most everywhere listed above and appreciated the walk in a cool drizzle. Next time I will bring my wife as I was frequently invited by young ladies down the street to "Have coffee with me",... at a sleezy bar (not McDonalds, as I suggested). I wondered what the scam involved? I suspected a highly overpriced drink. The friendly girls got quite angry when I refused their invite. Beware! Their flattery is nice, but don't fall for what your hormones want. Wanfujing is just a few blocks north and I loved the Beijing Bookstore, food court (scorpions on a stick), etc. 100 RMB to, or from the airport. (Small cab, meter running).

飯店設備差，浴室蓮蓬頭還漏水，說有wifi根本沒有，服務人員更差態度惡劣，房間霉味重到不行。我們勉強住一晚隔天換飯店了

ほっとします
このホテルはほっとします。私の北京での常宿です。王府井へも歩いて行けますし、地下鉄の灯市口駅はすぐそこです。近くにはコンビニ、マッサージ、パン屋、マイルドセブンも売ってるタバコ屋などがあり、大変便利です。 ただ、タクシーで「大万酒店まで」と言っても通じませんので、「灯市口地鉄站」と言って下さい。
