I had a wonderful experience in Hotel Reviera . I recommend it to everyone . Staff members were very polite, clean and neat. Room service was excellent. The swimming pool was great! Prime location in Beirut. The sea view is beautiful.

The stay was amazing! I loved the room and the pool club, it was perfect. My only issue was after I checked out, I got into my car to leave. A valet came over and said that I owe $7 for parking. I gave him $10 and waited over 10 minutes before I decided to go inside and see the front desk. I asked why parking wasn’t added to my bill upon checkout and why was I paying for valet when I self parked on the street? The front desk called parking to ask; parking stated that I refused to give my room number and that’s why I wasn’t charged, which was a lie. I spoke to a manager and got my $10 back. Do not let the parking staff rip you off!

Never again.
The list is long, still a few points: - You get welcomed by a valet who insists on getting paid even though you park on a public road/not a private property - Receptionist we nice an welcoming, but insisted a security deposit be paid in cash (though I offered a credit card in exchange). Clearly this was hotel management instructions. The alarming thing is the receipt came with no signs (header, stamp etc..) that it came from the hotel. The deposit was returned on check out with no hassle - 2 days of inconsistent internet access, over 6 or 7 follow ups from our side. Pure incompetence in addressing this issue, lame excuses given while it was clearly local network issue and not the local ISP nor our devices. - Poorly chlorinated seawater pool. Algal slime on the surfaces - We didn't stay long. - Very friendly staff, unless there is a problem, they don't seem to be able to resolve it or communicated clearly the issue.

Einziges Plus dieses Hotels ist der inkludierte Beach Club - allerdings auch der leider stark abgenutzt. Für den berechneten Preis gibt es in Beirut viele bessere Alternativen, ohne - wie in meinem Fall - Mängel aufzuweisen wie Duschen, die das Duschwasser in den (-) Gang entleeren, angeschimmelte Wände/Verblendungen im Bad, abgerissene Toilettenpapierhalter.

Lage zwar schön an der Corniche (und guter Beach Club, ein echtes Asset!), aber doch etwas weit von der Innenstadt und Hamra entfernt. Gepflegtes Haus, auch wenn schon etwas älter.

Worst Hotel i have ever stayed in. I dont understand why i paid 95 dollars to get a room which have generator and ugly view and when you request to give an upgrade the reception will tell you it is 60 dollar per night and she will ask you to speak with the manager who will come and start bargening with you on upgrade price. so if i am paying 150 dollars for a sea view it is better to book in Movenpick or Le Royal. Worst Hotel - Worst Service - i dont know how this is considered 5 stars

My booking was twin 2 beds a room and upon arrives time at the hotel rooms were not available they have only king bed.
