Capital Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. No mold in bathroom and was clean. Nice white towels. Had trouble with key card a couple times but it may have been from storing near my other card in my wallet. Parking was convenient and included. Location was central to accessing restaurants Tim’s as well they had 2 restaurants on site. It was a short drive to Signal Hill, Bays Bull, Walmart. We stayed 2 nights"

2/10 Terrible

"The entire stay was horrible. I booked a handicap room with 2 beds. But when I called to confirm they had me in a single bed room. Upon arrival, and after paying the $50 fee for early arrival I had to wait 45 minutes in the lobby to check in. Once we arrived in the room it was not a wheelchair accessible room and it had white wine and cookies for an extra fee that we did not order. Overall for the price we paid we are very disappointed and will not be returning."

"My mom and I stayed here at Hilton Garden in downtown St, John’s Newfoundland from June 1 to June 5. The rooms were clean. Staff were wondering, very caring, kind, and friendly. Breakfast was great. Dinners were fantastic. All service was outstanding. Overall, an excellent experience. I would give it a 10 out of 10 and would definitely come back. Jenn"
