"We stayed for 4 nights on the second floor. All nights were quiet except for one. You can hear people walking and talking in the room above. One night, they stayed up till 12 and then up again at 0530 . Not a good nights sleep. I would stay on the third floor to avoid this. The room shown on the internet for eating is not in use. The actual breakfast room is small and is not a 5 star breakfast. Croissants from Costco. No dairy milk. No eggs. Quite different from all the other places we stayed in NFLD which had hot breakfasts with eggs, bacon, and toast. Still, it was adequate and was a good place to discuss travels with other guests. Note that the fireplace is just for show. There is no heat as it is only a light show. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large as was the room itself. The building is a 200 year old converted warehouse made of large solid wood beams. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Good restaurants across the street."
