“Helpful staff. Not too loud and comfortable bed. Would have preferred ironing in my own room rather than an ironing room on the floor. Otherwise good and comfortable”

“한달간의 여행 중 사진보다 실물이 멋진 호텔은 이곳이 유일했다. 조식도 좋았고 서비스도 훌륭했다. 정말 고성을 개조해서 만든 호텔.(그렇기에 엘레베이터는 없었고, 타워쪽 객실에서 투숙했는데 계단도 좀 불편했다.)”

“매우 강력추천하는 호텔. 사진과 조금은 다르겠지하는 마음으로 갔는데 모든 시설이 사진과 같고 신축호텔만큼이나 깨끗해서 놀랐다. 아주 따뜻한 물이 총강력수압으로 나와서 온천수와 같은 샤워를 할 수 있었고 주차에 인색한 다른 영국호텔들에 비해 넉넉한 주차공간이 너무 마음에 들었다. 프론트데스크 직원들도 다른 곳에 비해 굉장히 서비스태도가 좋았다. 모든 면에서 나물랄곳이 없는 호텔.”
