โA tranquil resort with very friendly staff and delicious home cooked food. You are in the middle of nature and away from the crowds. This was a unique experience in a beautiful location.โ
โAmazing - no other words needed! A two night stay in one of the tree houses - had the camp to ourselves , which was perfect. Staff were fabulous and went out of their way to ensure our meals were varied both in location and food . Excellent on both counts . Wild elephant encounter on our way in, had to reroute on the way out due to ele on the road (? Same guy?) . But a great detour . Just chilled in the fish spa and ate lots. โ
โAs the hotel name suggests the property is located away from the city's hustle and bustle :) you are immersed in nature and its beautiful surroundings. The staff were welcoming and our check in was quick and smooth. Rooms are spacious with all the necessary amenities. There was enough water pressure from the shower head regardless of the negative comments some guests experienced. Food at the restaurant was deeeeelicious and plenty of varieties from Sri Lankan to international cusines my kids...
โWow. Luxurious property with the friendliest staff. The food was everything was picked from their farm. So fresh, generous portions, and organic! Our stay was simply amazing. We stayed in both the Floating Villa, and then the Bankee Chalet. Highly reccomend. Everyone in that visits Sri Lanka should come here.โ

โWe stayed at Uyana one day with relaxing time.It was perfect to us to clean room, delicious foods and naturalized environments. But located is not good to us a little bit distance to Sigiriya Rock. but it also is ok to take a three wheal car.โ
โBeautiful setting. I was a bit confused about advertised lake who is actually not on the property and holds little for guests. Pool area was wonderful very quiet with trees and birds.
Heinz was most helpful in sugges outings and arranging driver.
A few niggles: Breakfasts like all in Sri Lanka could use some tweaking with toast presented first to go cold and items not offered but available such as tomatoes or bacon: readily provided when requested. Spider life is rampant so staff could pay more...
โThis hotel is a MUST stay. The room condition, staffs, foods are really good. It is a kind of new resort so my driver (35 years experienced) didn't know the location. But he also added this hotel is the best hotel in this HARBARANA area. I bet you will not be disappointed.โ
