“The check in process was easy. My room was as described. Staff was nice.”

“Hotel is beautiful within itself”

“Outstanding experience.”

“It was ok. I was a little disappointed that there is no complimentary breakfast. There was a used toothbrush sitting outside of my door. I only stayed one night and there was barely any bath soap in the shower. The facilities just didn’t live up to the Hilton name. I didn’t like the shower, it just didn’t feel clean and inviting. It’s pretty expensive per night for subpar amenities.”

“Breakfast was not the greatest. Sausage patties whose edges were over microwaved. Diced potatoes was almost out. Omelettes were out. Apple juice ran out. Worker need to check and restock more often. It was only 8:30am. Worker only returned chairs to table but not bother to clean trash from table. Unimpressive. Everything else about the hotel was great. Probably should have walked over to connected Hilton for breakfast.”

“무료 조식은 아주 간단하게 요기를 때울 정도의 수준이었고 매일 10불씩 주차비가 청구되는게 제일 마음에 안 들었어요.”

“The front staff was so welcoming and kind. The room so unique”

“It was safe because it’s downtown, and the location right in front of Gateway made it convenient for sightseeing. The chicken sandwich and beer I had at the first-floor bar were really delicious.”

“Joyce (I hope I got her name correct!) was the perfect front desk person to check you in, super friendly and helpful, it made getting that process done so pleasant after a long day of driving. The bed was comfortable, looking into the atrium was a nice view, and the breakfast the next morning was very good. I had to stop by the bar before checking in since the bar closes at 10 pm, but I made it, so it was a good evening.”
