It's a lovely property. Clean, helpful staff, very nice breakfast. The surrounding location feels safe. I have stayed here twice now and enjoyed both trips. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel has an amazing view of the city on the 20th floor and is a spectacular reason to stay at this hotel. The pool is also on the balcony!!

Great property. It would be helpful if check in staff knew English. Also Woolf be helpful to have English signage on the property. Also have smart tv in the rooms with access to English programming.

Péssimo! Hotel velho. - O sofá do quarto estava nitidamente sujo - Encontrei o pertence de alguém que foi deixado debaixo de uma almofada - Escassez de utensílio na cozinha; eles equipam com um 2 pratos, 2 garfos e facas e 2 copos de vidro. Nenhuma xicara, nenhima colher e nenhum material para lavar a louça, nem detergente nem esponja. - Roupa de cama velha, manchada, e o edredom era tamanho solteiro para uma cama de casal. Passei frio. - O banheiro com itens enferrujados e quebrados dentro do box, mancha de mofo no teto - Academia com equipamento enferrujado, um perigo alguém se machucar ali - Não há ferro de passar no quarto, tem que pedir na recepção e providenciam um ferro velho. Pior, não há tábua de passar roupa - Equipe da recepção não atende às chamadas internas, tive que descer lá duas vezes para falar com eles, e disseram que simplemente o telefone não tocou. Muito despreparados e mal-educados

O hotel possui uma excelente estrutura no entanto peca demais no quesito MANUTENÇÃO. O quarto que eu fiquei tinha 2 quartos, bastante amplo e tinha tudo para ser perfeito. Entretanto, o ar-condicionado de um dos quartos estava quebrado. Solicitamos a troca do quarto e não o fizeram. Disseram que iam mandar o técnico consertar o ar. Não consertou. Ficamos 3 dias dormindo no calor. A cama não é confortável. Os travesseiros piorou. Quem for pra lá, sugiro levar seus próprios travesseiros. O piso do apartamento é de tacos de MDF. Vários desses tacos estavam se soltando e com pontas levantadas, trazendo um risco de acidente constante por tropeçar ou cortar os pés. No banheiro, o suporte de shampoo e sabonete estava tão enferrujado que o sabonete ficava laranja. O rodapé da parede se soltou e ficou caído no chão. Em resumo, o prédio é muito bom e novo mas não tem manutenção nenhuma. Não me hospedaria novamente.

Ótima relação custo-benefício

Não precisei de estacionamento, mas a cozinha não dispunha de todos os equipamentos, particularmente de uma cafeteira, um liquidificador, uma sanduicheira e mais copos, talheres e pratos, apesar de contar com um bom micro-ondas (aliás, não havia nenhuma vasilha para utilizá-lo).

Hotel com boa localização. Recepção excelente. Não tivemos problemas com estacionamento. Acomodações com excelente espaço, internet, TV, máquina de lavar roupas, microondas e geladeira. Poderiam melhorar na limpeza dos banheiros. O café da manhã com bastante diversidade, mas sentimos falta de um bolinho com gostinho de Minas.

Decepcionante! Colchão deformado, travesseiros horríveis, duros. Lençol da cama costurado! Sofá cama da sala rasgado, cadeiras descascando! Falta cuidado com o apto! Barulho das máquinas do ar condicionado do lado de fora que enlouquecem qualquer pessoa! Impossível ter uma noite de descanso! Se te colocarem no quarto 1415 pode pedir para trocar! ! Café da manhã excelente! Estacionamento incluso na diária !

Vale a pena.

Gostei do tamanho do apartamento, com quarto, mini cozinha, maquina de lavar e secar roupas, dois banheiros, meza de jantar, sofá cama. Café da manha muito bom. Comodidade e segurança com estacionamento. Acho que pode melhorar um pouco as condições de estrtutura, pois o piso vinilico da suite estava um pouco solto, os penduradores de toalhas do banheiro estavam mal colocados na parede e caiu.
