"Leti from my first contact with the property was so very professional and informative. All my questions were answered and coming from what I would say a four star hotel my family felt they were undergoing the same treatment. That’s a very high standard and the proprietor should be proud . We extended our stay and met a work colleague.. it’s looking for affordable luxury look no further. East Norwich inn is a great choice for family or business travel The only negative would be the Amazon driver neglected to simply open the door when it came to the delivery of our packages. The front desk was super accommodating Thank you Blanca for your going above and beyond Which is key the East Norwich Inn"
