"Room was terrible, I was told that I got a complementary upgrade to executive suite , but that itself was terrible. Pillows were not clean, TV is just not useful, no refrigerator nor room was maintained clean. Highly disappointed"

Duane Street Hotel Tribeca, Belvilla District 6 Formerly Sonder
"Lobby area and lobby bathroom needing cleaning. Towels in the room were minimal. Over location was great. Room was clean . Bed was comfortable. Honestly would stay again if it’s my only option. Staff was VERY nice. They had a place for luggage storage until check in and/or out."
