"I have been trying to deal with this the best way I could but the manager doesnt give me a choice. Cheaptickets have been useless just like the hotel. The charged me $299.41 on a bogus charge claiming that we caused damages to the room. They didnt say that until almost a month after as we kept on asking for our holding fee back. All they kept on saying was that it was coming and it never arrived. About a month later they sent me a pic of a hole, thats it! No reference where the hole was, dates, reports or any of such. Very vague and the manager keeps hiding, its never in the property. I guess they must be doing bad if they make up bogus fees to charge people extra."

"Clean, nice room - decent size. Close to La Guardia - perfect for early morning flight. A street of restaurants is a 10 minute walk away in this otherwise residential area. There are 3 restaurants in the same bldg also and rooftop bar/restaurant. Front desk was very helpful"
