The room was great, featuring a comfy bed, reliable Wi-Fi, and quality amenities like the TV. I also really appreciated the breakfast offerings and the helpful shuttle service to and from the airport. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help me navigate the transit system for my trip into Midtown Manhattan. If you can look past the neighborhood’s first impression, the service and interior comfort make this a 4-star experience."

"We needed a place close to JFK airport and the hotel met that requirement. "

"The staff was so kind and made check - in easy. Pictures were like the website. The room had lots of space because we booked a suite. Unfortunately the room was not very clean. There were stains on the walls. The things in the cabinets were left over by other guest. The pots and pans were not clean. There was a bar of dove soap above the shower glass. Clearly missed during cleaning. There was also a smoke smell in the hotel randomly when we’d come back from being out. The absolute worst thing was the stench of sewer coming out of the restroom grate. It was foul. Would never recommend anyone stay here due to these issues. "

"Airport shuttle very convenient and appreciated. Small but efficient room, comfortable bed, bus stop next to hotel. Bus stop to main street, to catch the 7 Subway. Hotel walls are very thin. Breakfast potatoes were spoiled, pastries were not as fresh. Room did the job. Very few parking spaces."
