We were first time visitors to the city & she graciously took the time to give us directions, even writing them down & telling me about a helpful app where I could buy tickets for the Long Island Railroad. She made our venture out alone so much easier!"

"Although I walk with difficulty (using a cane) and was pulling a suitcase and carry-on, I was given room 128 -- the furthest away from the elevator. The room itself was clean enough. But it was overheated and trying to adjust using the heat/AC controls gave no result. The room also did not have a chair -- neither a recliner-type nor even a desk chair. I have never paid $220 for a motel room that didn't even have a chair, and I never will again."

"One of the features that was in the booking was electric car charging. When I arrived I was told it wasn't working. Also that it was not under hotel control which was misleading. I come from RI in an electric vehicle so this is an important feature when I book rooms. I hope this will be fixed because the rest of the hotel was excellent."

"If you going by car, rethink the hotel option, there is no parking, only valet for 50$. The room was having some weird smell. Don’t think we gonna stay here again."
