"We had a very pleasant stay. The immediate hotel property was clean, and well-maintained common areas. Everything felt cared for and welcoming. There is a sanitation facility across from the hotel, but there were NO remnants of bad odors outside the hotel and we were there during hot summer weather. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist offered a positive experience. My only critique is that the airport shuttle service does not begin until 5:00 AM. Travelers with very early flights should plan accordingly, as we needed to arrange an Uber for a 4:00 AM pickup to make our 6:30 AM flight. While this was a minor inconvenience, it did not diminish the overall quality of our stay. Overall, this is a very nice hotel with great accommodations and helpful staff. I would stay again and would recommend it to others, especially those who do not have extremely early departure times."

"Nice hotel. Clean updated rooms. Front desk staff was not friendly. A lady who I believe to be a manager approached s we were waiting to assisted and proceeded to greet the flight crew who came in after us, by passing us to check them in and never acknowledging the line of customers waiting to check in. The lady that checked us in was more concerned with her phone than assisting us. There was one young man who was very polite and helpful when I went down later to purchase some items. in short this appears to be a flight crew preferred hotel and the staff caters to them."

"Nice room. Only issue- I wasn’t aware I had to reserve a parking spot on the property. It was pretty awful. When we called from the car in the street approaching the hotel, a desk clerk told us just pull in and there’s valet parking. We pull in- and then we’re told the lot was full! Not good! He then told us to ‘try Residence Inn’ and we’d have to pay for a spot, if they could accommodate my car. It took another hour or so, but after talking to the people at Residence Inn, I was able to book a spot on line. I was livid I didn’t know how bad the parking was there. This needs to be remedied in some way. People need to know to reserve a spot in advance and be guaranteed a spot- or not. It was really infuriating ."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Westin Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The airport shuttle was one of the key reasons I selected this hotel, and it made my trip much more convenient. The location is excellent, with shopping centers and a subway station nearby, providing easy access to New York City. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."
