“I did enjoy this hotel, but my check in experience was not smooth whastoever. With three people working at the front desk, I sat in line (only behind two people!) for at least 20 minutes. I was assigned a room on a floor that was not ready to receive guests, meaning the elevator did not go to that floor at the time. My assigned room did have fresh linens at the time, but was not yet stocked with toilet paper, towels, or soap. That being said, every member of the housekeeping staff is very kind...
