"The Marco is consistently excellent, and is my hotel of choice for my frequent stays in Flushing, NY. It is clearly the hotel of choice for many airlines, as sharply dressed pilots and flight staff (who are obviously highly experienced travelers) are among its regular guests. Service is impeccable. The only negative is that the hotel restaurant has been closed for dinner service for some time (but there are dozens of dining options within a few minutes' walking distance)."

"It’s a wall up so you can’t see the no view. The night stands were broken. The bed sheet had burn holes. The hot tub hose was leaking anytime you turned it on. Then the hotel staff was upset that I asked for a new room. Then told me the spa rooms were all booked so I had to stay in the room. He offered another room a double queen when I had a spa king room. I stayed here numerous times before and this is my worse I will not be back. The staff has to do better."

"I love this hotel...they have everything you need. Its very comfortable, spacious and not compact like a lot of the other surrounding hotels. The price is always reasonable and i love that they give free champayne. I would and have been recommending this place to all my family and friends. If the price is right i will always stay at this hotel. "
