We arrived very late, our welcome was friendly and we were offed food even though the restaurant was closed. The whole hotle is immaculately clean. All the staff are professional and friendly. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner, both were fresh, hot and the options were varied. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Very clean hotel. Staff very friendly. Never had to fight for a sunbed there were plenty. The Hotel is quite a walk away from the beach I’d say 20/30mins, when in the heat it can be exhausting. Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room however it was only €10 to buy one from a local shop.

Helpful friendly staff in a safe comfortable and clean property. Food was good, fresh and well cooked. No waiting or issues at all. A little bit out of central benidorm which is what we wanted as it was a very family friendly hotel.

El hotel está bien situado, a 20 minutos caminando hasta la playa. Buffet variado y con opciones vegetarianas a diario y camareros atentos. Limpieza de habitaciones buena. Lo único es que la limpieza empieza desde las 6:30 horas y ya te despiertas por los ruidos al rodar los muebles. Por la noche la animación está hasta las 12:00, y también la escuchas si tu habitación da para el interior. El personal de recepción si es un poco seco y además mi hijo de 16 años quería ir al gym y no le dejaban entrar solo. Primera vez que nos pasa, cuando encima en el gym hay un cartel que indica que el uso es a partir de esa edad y no establece que deba ir acompañado.

Convenient location and a short walk to bars places to eat and town, but also on the bus routes if needed. Really clean, and super friendly staff. Only had breakfast but a nice good choice, drinks at bar cheap too and a lovely terrace/pool area. Nice atmosphere and not rowdy in the hotel areas would return again

The hotel is amazing, food is great especially for me as a picky eater. Did not feel the need to eat out at a restaurant when this all inclusive food was that good! They had steak and kebabs on some of the days! Drinks are great with very generous alcohol pourings. For benidorm night life, it cost 6 euro in a taxi or the bus was 1.30 from across the street. Very good location and away from the hussle and bussle.

Great Hotel

This was my first time in this hotel and i have to say from the minute i came in to the minute i left i could not fault anything ,location perfect in a quite area 15/20 minutes easy walk to beach,3 minutes to bars restaurants and shops ,Hotel spotless ,food good selection entertainment good and all the staff where so friendly nothing a problem.

Habitación con algo de polvo, nos tocó colchones para renovar. Nos pusieron cuna. Desayuno bien Cena bien En media pensión no entra bebidas,o no lo vi al contratar o no lo ponía. Calidad precio perfecto, volvería si vamos por Benidorm

Certainement l'un des meilleurs hôtel que nous ayons eu en hébergement. Mention spéciale à tout le personnel, du personnel d'entretiens au plus haut. Toujours disponible, souriant et attentif. Propreté irréprochable, que ce soit la chambre, les lieux communs, la terrasse piscine, le restaurant, tout était toujours impeccable ! Les repas et petit déjeuner tout simplement parfait, du choix, de la cuisine à base de produits frais. Et surtout pas grasse du tout, le buffet est top ! Nous étions en all inclusive, je le précise car c'est la première fois que je vois des alcools de marque faisant partie des droits All Inclusive. Un régal ! L’hôtel est en plus très bien situé, et le parking de l’hôtel est très accessible et sécurisé. Vraiment un très bel hôtel, ou nous retournerons sans aucun doute !
