"Everything was great! We loved all the amenities such as free ice cream, Yakult, laundry and more. The staff was very kind and helpful. The eight private onsen were also all amazing although at time there was a long wait for them. "

"Amazing stay , clean ans roomy . You had to park short away and walk back about 3 minutes to the place but beside that everything is good. I will come back 100% , highly recommended for single or even big family, the place was enough to sleep 10 people , what an amazing deal for the price ."

"We stayed Sora tradition western style, room is spacious, clean, and provides good amenities - like best face soap & moisturizer face creams, top of line hair dryer, Yukata, indoor & out door slippers, toothbrush with paste. I don’t have to pack anything. They provide for you. Only thing missing was body lotion. The indoor hot springs (in room) temperature was perfect, but outside terrace one was extremely hot, so hard to enjoyable. The Japanese style meals, the dinner and breakfast we select was 8/10. All great, but the soup wasn’t my favorite, however others might like it. In my opinion, the coffee wasn’t that great, but good selection of teas. I can’t complain the staff’s service. Top notch, they will make your stay comfortable, everyone so politely kind. So, my staying at here was best experience. Another plus things was next to Hell of Beppu and has great city view. "

"We had a very wonderful 4 nights stay in Beppu Nagomi , with the price that’s very reasonable Beppu Nagomi exceeds our expectations, first it’s so close to the Beppu station. , 4 mins walk if you get the short cut way , nice and unique restaurants and coffee shop close by, the whole Place is very clean , large area complete with kitchen and dining area , comfortable beds , and the laundry inside the building is a plus , I highly recommend it to anyone going to Beppu "
