“The front reception was empty most of the time. I had to wait on the street before check out. The staff behaved nicely though. Room was very poorly equipped and decorated. It didn't look like on the photos. I felt I was overcharged for this stay. On the last day the toilet broke but it was repaired within 7hours when I was visiting the city. The location was good, close to Citta Alta and the gallery. In overall I would not recommend this hotel.”

“Hotel was in a great location and was clean and tidy, however the self service check in was not very intuitive, and when we had a problem with the automatic lock on our door, you could only call a local number, which for an international traveller is not a good thing. The cleaner eventually helped us call the local number and after a bit of hassle the problem with the lock was resolved. There was a whatsapp number, but they would not take calls for service. Think this communication process lets...
