Room was clean and tidy. The only inconvenience I stayed at this hotel was that I had to wait until 7:10am when I arrived in Berlin in the morning because there was no staff from 11pm to 7am, and it was difficult to keep to luggage. If you can speak German, it should be no problem because there is contact number that you can contact all day. But I cannot speak German at all and call someone in Germany so I had to wait about 30 minutes.

주변 역들과의 접근성이 좋고 미테지구에 위치해있어서 주변에 카페와 맛집이 많아서 좋았습니다! 2월 겨울 여행이었는데 라디에이터 난방만으로도 숙소가 굉장히 따뜻해서 좋았고, 호텔 인테리어와 청결상태도 좋았습니다. 특히 호텔임에도 작은 주방이 있고 조리도구와 식기도구도 모두 준비되어 있어서 편했습니다. 단점을 꼽자면 구불구불하고 어두운 복도와 방이 어둡다는 점, 오픈 샤워실이라 좀 민망하다는것, 침대가 더블배드 치고는 좀 작은 편이라는것 이었습니다.

모든것이 최악
체크인부터 체크아웃까지 직원들의 불친절함은 물론 객실 정비상태 모두 최악, 문이 없는 욕실에서 세어나온 물로 객실 바닥이 물바다가 되고 객실청소는 신청해야만 해 준다는 황당한 조건으로 외출하고 왔는데도 청소가 안되어 있었음. 더군다나 이와 관련된 사전공지가 없었던걸 항의하였더니 커피 한잔 주겠다고 함.. 유럽호텔에 대한 낮은 기대치를 감안한다고 해도 호텔 위치를 제외하고 절대 비추.

It's personally my favorite place in Berlin.I will stay in Berlin again. 너무나 디자인적으로 만족한 숙소입니다. 1층의 커피숍은 일부러 디자인제품을 사러오는 사람이 많은 typehype이며, 숙소 발코니에서는 텔레비젼타워가 바로 보입니다. 위치도 요즘 디자이너들이 오픈한 샵이 많은 곳이며...개인적으로 배를린에서 젤 맘에드는 곳입니다.베를린에서 머무는동안 다시 묵을 예정입니다~

위치는 최고. 개선할점은 있으나 전반적으로 괜찮음
위치는 완벽. 위치는 알렉산더플라츠근처가 무조건 최고임. 공항오고가기가 정말 좋고 쇼핑 및 맛집천국 초입에 있음. 방크기는 가장 작은사이즈이긴 했지만 상당히 작음. 답답할수 있음. 발코니가 5일간 머물러서인지 유용했음. 샤워실은 오픈형이고 문도없음. 배수가 잘안되서 샤워하기 불편함. 고쳐달라고 했는데 고친건지 아닌건지 잘모르겠어서 그냥 썼음. 냉장고있어서 음식사가고 넣을수있는거는 좋음. 와이파이는 매일 다시 로긴해야하지만 잘터짐. 갑자기 신랑이 아파서 주말밤에 두통약 한알이라도 달라했으나 그런건 구비안되어 있음. 프론트가 매우 친절하고 유쾌한직원과 덜그런 직원이 섞여있음.

합리적인 가격
합리적인 가격, 좋은 위치(알렉산더 광장에 가까움), 친절한 응대 호텔은 청결했음. 룸 청소도 만족했음 전자레인지와 전기레인지, 그리고 냉장고가 있었음. Wi-Fi 속도 만족함 다만, 2층 객실에 투숙했는데 공사중이어서 그런지 복도를 지날 때 다소 으스스한 느낌을 받았음.

There was coffee and a coffee pot in the room. There was a balcony. It was close to the train station when leaving for the airport. The front desk was helpful with the best way to get to the airport. However, what we did not like was that the profile picture looked nothing like the hotel we stayed in. We were charged to check in early? We were given a room on the third floor, but the elevator didn't work. We were moved to the first floor which was really the second because we had to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the room. The lights in the shower didn't work so we showered with a night light. It was suitable to stay in for just one night, but we wouldn't want to stay anymore than that.

Cute spot with a very comfortable room. It’s small but cozy and perfect for 1-2 nights. We found a great Middle Eastern Eatery called Smash’d in walking distance that was great, the man working was incredibly friendly and the food was amazing.

Our stay at the Lux 11 hotel in Berlin was perfect! Our flight arrived late at night so the hotel was locked but when we rang the number on the door a member of staff came straight away to check us in. The room itself was fantastic, it was big, lots of facilities and exceptionally clean. The room was cleaned on our second day and it was immaculate. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. This hotel is in a fantastic location with transport links close by and almost everything you’d need was in walking distance. I’d highly recommend this hotel and if we came to Berlin again, we’d definitely stay here. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Hotelli oli todella siisti. Palvelu erittäin ystävällistä. Saimme neuvoja ja tietoja pyytämättä junaliikennettä parhaillaan koskevan lakon vuoksi. Hotellin sijainti oli keskellä hyviä liikenneyhteyksiä. Varsinaista aamiaista ei hotellissa ollut ainakaan tammikuussa tarjolla, mutta lähistöllä oli useita hyviä kahviloita, joista vastapäisen Cafe Bello Chiccon aamiainen oli maukas ja paikka tunnelmallinen.

Sentralt,og høy standard.
Er veldig flott hotel som holder høy standard. Romslige og mye lysinnlipp ,arkitektur som virkelig falt i god smak hos oss. Hotellet ligger også veldig godt posisjonert. Veldig sentralt til det meste. Også veldig hyggelig ansatte i resepsjonen .

Keinerlei Speisen nur Getränke , kein Frühstück, Rezeption spricht nur englisch, als wir um 3 Uhr nachts ins Hotel kamen fand direkt gegenüber eine Techno Party statt unmöglich zu schlafen die Bässe wummerten bis 6 Uhr morgens auf die Frage ob die sich wegen der unfassbaren Lautstärke mal kümmern könnten hieß es nur wir sind kein Hotel sie haben ein Apartment gemietet da müssen Sie sich selbst drum kümmern sprich leider trotz schöner Zimmer null service

I enjoyed the charm of this hotel however the hallway carpet and paint were subpar giving it an eerie feeling. Tiles on the bottom of the shower were coming undone and toiletries were not topped off. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was ok as traveling by u ban necessary.

Stayed in the Lux11 Berlin Mitte for a number of nights and cannot fault it, a fantastic option for anyone visiting Berlin. A brilliant location only 2 min walk from Alexanderplatz hfb, and loads of other connections via S-bahn, bus, tram across the city. Suite is a great size and extremely comfortable and well maintained. Reception counter team are excellent and super friendly. Definitely will stay here again.

Really good base for our first trip to Berlin. So many transport options within 5 minutes and just 15 mins walk to the Museumsinsel. Having the kitchen facilities in room was a great option for breakfast although there were several options close by. Room was very comfortable. We would use this hotel again
