"Our room had a nice view of the main strip and the Mississippi River area. It was clean and well maintained. There was a mistake on my bill, but thw staff was gracious and helpful in getting it straightened out very efficiently."
"This place is nothing like the website. The non-smoking room was completely smoky. Only one elevator, and the only thing slower than it was the waitress service in the restaurant. Had the steak special. Sent it back, the first time in years that I’ve done that. They brought out the brussels sprouts that went with it. Then they brought another steak, which was OK. At the end of the meal, I got the sour cream and fixings for the baked potato. Horrible.
The room was pretty rundown. It talks about a Riverwalk along the Mississippi river, but that’s where they park the garbage barges. They don’t bother to hose off the goose droppings from their patio or Riverwalk. No one should even consider staying here."
"Thus antebellum building is a gem. The checking staff was fantastic and perfect hospitality. The blur has plenty of neat nooks and crannies and a fantastic porch and good patio. The room was comfy, and did have a TV. Easy to get coffee, tea, water, and ice nearby. Lovely time sitting on the porch. Breakfast was fair, but not much better than you’d get at a comfort Inn with fewer selections.
The location is literally in the middle of town, which might be outstanding, depending on what’s happening, but there is traffic noise all night."
"The room I was given was not suitable. It did not have a shower curtain. In fact it was a candy cap room and I’m not handicap. My preference is never to stay at that property again."
"Such a beautiful well-maintained property. Gloria is a fantastic host with her sidekick, Bobbi. So much love and pride of ownership, more beautiful than the local mansions that we toured in Natchez.
Truly loved our two-night stay! Thank you!"
"Coleen our host was very knowledgeable and so kind. She made us welcome in her beautiful home. The breakfast both mornings was delicious. Will definitely recommend to family and friends."
