"My stay was great. The two bedroom was very spacious, the view from the balcony was amazing, and I found everything I needed in the kitchen. The pool was nice too. The elevator and garage for my car really gave a luxury touch. I also love that it’s a newer built, compared to many other places in Big Bear. The only complaint I would have is the check out at 10am. What happened to check out at noon? First it was changed to 11, now 10, what’s next?? Other than that it was lovely, and I would definitely stay there again.❤️"

"Great stay! The hotel and Big Bear in general are very dog friendly and it made the trip with our two small furbabies such a great experience. The staff were very helpful and kind. The location was great and the room was clean and spacious. We had such a wonderful stay, we will definitely be coming back again!"

"The staff was very friendly. The room could use some updating as well as the mattress. We went on a warm (80’s) weekend and just know that the rooms do not have air conditioning. They did provide a fan which helped. Enjoyed playing Super Mario on the Nintendo 64! Overall I would stay there again."
