"First non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray and glade air freshener. Replacement room was fine with the exception of the bathroom door lock not working and the outlet by the sink being a bit sketchy. Staff was very nice and helpful."

"The towels and wash clothes were stained and dirty. The drapes did not completely cover the front window which allowed the bright light outside to enter the room. Who wants to sleep with the light on? The small shampoo bottle provided was already open and only half full. The sink had hot water but the shower did not. It was obvious that water had been leaking for quite some time at the top of the front window and mold clearly evident."

"Pool was dirty. Bathroom eas too smsll. Overalk the property was in disrepair. Staff was confused. Two desk clerks told me no problem withvearly check out after zi showed them Experia coomment to check with staff. They told me to just check out. The day i checked out, the desk clerk would not give me a recreipt and to go through Expedia. Very rude. "
