"This hotel was the worst hotel that I have ever been to in my life !! The made it seem as though it,and the theme and water park connected to it was the best thing in the world ,when none of them were ,or are.I was so disappointed .Also had to go somewhere else to check in to the hotel ,because there was no receptionist ,or what have you where I stayed People talked real loud in the hallways of the hotel,slammed doors,and we're not quite when they were suppose to be .I will never visit,or stay at any place in Wisconsin dells,and I will never recommend it to anyone."

"This is a hidden gem for sure! I’ve been visiting the Dells since I was a little girl and never knew this place existed. I will definitely be back."

"Be sure to get a river view room here, it is wonderful! I'd also suggest going the extra bit for the balcony so you can sit outside. Room without balcony has windows that do not open, and only a rolling office chair for an extra spot to sit."

"Found cockroach in room. Hotel is 1 step away from shabby. There is junk in the front strewn about, marks on the wall, paint peeling in the tub, no bar soap in room, no iron or ironing board. Breakfast exceeded expectations. "

"We stayed in the Tiki motel part of the resort. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Motel is close to the beach which is really nice. Parking right outside your door is extremely convenient."

"It was opening weekend. Staff were still being trained - meaning check in took a lot longer than it should have. Pool hours were dumb, it closed at 9pm (Maybe adults only till 11 would be good?). "
