“Überaus freundliches Personal. Schöne Zimmereinrichtung. Viele kleine liebevolle Details wie zum Bsp. klassische Musik läuft, wenn man das Zimmer betritt. Kleine köstliche Kuchen stehen als Geschenk bereit. Alles sehr hochwertig. Gute Parkmöglichkeit direkt vorm Haus. Frühstücksauswahl war sehr gut. ”

“The property has an imposing stance and even before entering, suggests a degree of elegance and style. The start was not good, however, as upon entering the room, I found that it had not been serviced. I cannot remember if I received an apology - suggesting that maybe I didn't - but the hotel deducted the price of two bottles of wine from a dinner for 8 as a paliative. Once serviced, the room was fine. It was well appointed, but cold initially as for understanable reasons of cost, the heating...

“Room was very clean, small but perfect for a short stay. Parking was full when we arrived so had to park on the street.”

“Excellent hotel, a little walk from the station. The only problem was that we put the card on the door saying having a break. The cleaners came in anyway, and my autistic son had an episode and the police were called. The hotel itself is highly recommended though.”

“I stayed for one night for work and it was a good stay. The bed was big and very comfortable and the room was clean. I ate in the restaurant and the food was tasty with big portions and very reasonably priced. My stay was very comfortable and it all went smoothly. Thank you everyone!”

“The space was fantastic! It’s very much an extended cottage, and is warm and cozy! The host was very responsive, and went out to purchase a few additional amenities at our request. Very responsive host. One drawback is that there were a few bits that seemed to have been “missed” in terms of cleaning. There were a couple drawers filled with old packaging and garbage, kitchen items had a layer of grease covering them, downstairs bathroom had beard trimmings inside. I do, however, still recommend...

“I have never had such good sleep outside my home. We had an excellent experience here. The location is perfect, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials. We’ll definitely be returning on our next trip to Sheffield and highly recommend it to others. We had a top tier stay and were honestly blown away, everything exceeded our expectations.”

“Access to this property is a challenge due to its city centre location and made worse by roadworks outside. Nearby parking also any issue. Newly refurbished rooms very badly laid out with small bathroom and WC positioned behind door with poor access. Large room with very small combined wardrobe/tea tray/ drawers etc. full length mirror with no table or shelf close by. ”

“Great hotel, very clean, comfy beds, good breakfast. Was a bit peeved that out of our whole hen party not 1 room was ready to check in at 2pm. ”

“Great location but hotel is badly let down by poor room. We had a shower which didn’t drain therefore flooded the bathroom also the sink didn’t drain. The wardrobe was very difficult to close, the WiFi was weak so could not get connected. The decor was scruffy and we could not get the heating to work. There was a portable radiator so suspect this was a previous issue. Very disappointed overall as you can guess. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok”
