“The elevators need help. They are outdated and need maintenance asap. Fireworks in the parking lot on July 4 where cars are parked is dangerous. Quiet hours were not explained to quests staying there. Slamming doors and loud conversations at all hours of the night. It was not up to Holiday Inn standards. Room carpets were dirty need a good cleaning. I wore slippers the whole time. Needs some TLC.”
