It was a honeymoon trip, and we had such a wonderful time at Hyatt.
The room condition, hospitality, facilities were way beyond expectation.
I would love to stay again, if i get to visit auckland again.

“The roon was very clean and warm. Everything was perfect execpt that the windows were fixed and weren't able to open it for ventilation, and the frying pan was not coated, so you must bring cooking oil if you plan to cook.”
“Great property. Easy 5 minute drive into Auckland City. Free parking on site. Room was spacious and great colour scheme. Only downside was bed moved on wheels when rolling over, maybe they weren't locked.”
“Close to Ponsonby main road so easy access to everywhere yet its quiet because of its location in the back of the busy road. Free carparking service is attractive as well. Stayed in a pent house with my friends which was on the second floor. It was spacious, cozy and the view was just fantastic. Strongly recommended! ”
“Gorgeous, very clean, accessible and super comfy hotel with lots of amenities (premium toiletries, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and you can even order a specialty pillow ?!). The beds were so comfortable and having a heat pump in the room was a really nice touch.
Really close to Wynyard/Viaduct while still being very quiet and private. Has a pool, spa, nice courtyard, well equipped gym and spa - a total package.
Real highlight was the staff - they were so incredibly kind and very accommodating...
