This was our second stay at Brook Marston Farm Hotel. The peaceful surroundings makes your stay relaxing. Staff are friendly, very helpful and go the extra mile for you. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Dining in is a must, meals are excellent, especially the Lamb dinner. Will definitely be booking again soon.

We liked the rural location for the quiet, but it was only a few mins from the M42 so convenient for driving around Midlands. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Half Board Dining was very nice for breakfast and evening meal, with a good food selection. We didn't like the stairway to rooms 20-25 as this was quite steep and the stairs narrow; not good if you have mobility issues or if you have large suitcases. Courtyard with steps a bit tricky and uneven entrance to restaurant could be a trip hazard. We would go again, but with ground floor accommodation.

Main purpose of the stay was for business. The location was ideal for work and the venue is in an ideal setting. Staff generally were helpful but appeared sometimes to be stretched too thin . The hotel requires updating and some considerable investment. A bit of care and vision could make it a really great venue considering its location.

Stayed for 2 nights as working local. It wasnt terrible, however the hotel is tired. Food was average at best. Breakfast was well below par. It reminded me of Fawlty Towers. Staff (which was the 1 girl, receptionist, bar, restaurant) was excellent and did her best. Room was ok, clean and tidy. Ive paid less for better
