Amazing hotel. We came for the weekend for an event at the NEC and we were so happy we booked this place. Not only was the place itself lovely, but the staff also showed the same loveliness. We were also surprised that there was a complementary shuttlebus that took us to and from the NEC building, at different times throughout the day and evening (Around every 30-60 mins depending) The food was also lovely and much appreciated. We loved getting to eat a nice dinner in our room. My partner especially loved the sticky toffee pudding. We will be booking again next year as we have been told the event will happen again, a lovely treat to look forward to.

Stay at this hotel regularly on business. Good location, easy parking and ticks all the boxes. Small but modern bedroom/bathroom has everything you need. I like the new electronic ordering system in the restaurant, very easy and quick. Some airport noise if you have a room facing that side, but expected due to it's location.
