Nice hotel in heart of Birmingham. Close To nice restaurants, sites, etc. Room wasn’t ready as we arrived early so upgraded to a lovely 6th floor suite. All was very nice, comfortable bed, extras in the room. Only complaint was WiFi was weak.

The Grand is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city! We had a fantastic view of the church and the wheel and the room was large with lots of thoughtful details! The bar is lovely and we enjoyed the Friday evening Jazz singer. Breakfast was great and the staff were really helpful in finding options to suit my dairy intolerance. We will come again!

From the moment we walked into the Grand Hotel yesterday to the moment we left, everything was absolutely first class. The service was spot on, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and the whole experience felt really special. We were offered the option to upgrade to a junior suite, which we took—and wow, it was out of this world. The room was stunning and made the stay even more memorable. Honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. We’ll definitely be booking again and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-quality stay.
