"Easy to make reservation, easy check-in, friendly front desk staff. Hotel is clean, room was in excellent condition, breakfast buffet offered many choices. Very convenient location steps from train station. Ten to twelve minute walk to many historical tourist attractions with multiple restaurant choices.

In the past we stayed in few different hotels but this time Premier Inn was the cheapest.
Everything was spot on.... Location, parking, room, food....

"Food was delicious but the wait staff at evening meal completely ignored us during course of meal until we stood up and flagged down a waiter. Wanted to leave a zero tip but wife convinced me to at least leave a 10% tip. "
"The hotel doesn’t tidy your room each day, instead every other day. We asked, they said they would, they didn’t. This is also a really busy hotel and very noisy where our room was overlooking the vehicle drop off. It also means that breakfast is a scrum, so get there early.
The parking is really expensive. We parked on road for a fraction of the cost. "
