"All staff I had contact with were professional, friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of my room and the hotel overall was excellent. Some bits of the hotel are dated or needing maintenance but not to a degree that affected my stay. Would highly recommend "

"The whole stay was fantastic! The staff are ALL so welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere when you walk in is warm. The breakfast was great plenty to choose from as well. The concierges are more than accommodating, the scenery and setting phenomenal. It was peaceful, the bar lounge is comfortable and a gorgeous view - even when it is raining! Bedroom so comfortable and a proper size television in the room too! Tea and coffee amenities and robe and slippers and an umbrella. We will definitely he back sooner rather than later"

"Had a great two night stay for luminar. Rooms have been recently upgraded and very fresh and modern. Very nice bathroom and large flat screen. Breakfast was excellent. Always hot and fresh with full breakfast and healthy options. Appreciated that one hot plate has all the meats and another with all vegetarian options with plenty fresh eggs. Very nice coffee from new bean to cup machines. Really impressed and already looking at booking same hotel for Luminar next year. "
