โThis was a great stay all around. I would say the only issue we came across was at the AC unit had very loud buzzing noise that happened about once an hour and lasted for about 10 minutes at a time other than that this hotel was very clean. โ
โWhen i pulled up the outside of the building looked run down and i asked what did i get myself into? But my fears were put at ease when going inside. Nice clean lobby, friendly efficient check in. Room could use an air freshener, but thats just me. Room is a nice size, very clean bright. Overall a great stay!โ
โThe staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with one being trained. The shuttle was not going to be early enough for me but staff arranged a cab for me instead (also very nice)โ

โThe airport shuttle service at this hotel is extremely inconvenient. They only run the shuttle once every hour, which is not practical at all for travelers. To make matters worse, they only have one shuttle, and it is dedicated to Southwest Airlines first. We ended up waiting over 45 minutes at the airport for a ride, even though the hotel is just an 8-minute drive away. This is simply absurd. If you need to rely on the shuttle, I would not recommend booking this hotel.โ
