Thanks you so much for this, after covid business is so low that we cannot yet afford new staff, more over that our room rates are halved just in order to maintain cash flow but we are working on this. The one flickering light was just a bulb and it was replaced

Hello Dimitri, It is unfortunate that I was not made aware of this issue whilst you were at the hotel. Under normal circumstances we would be understanding and sympathetic of your circumstances, as we are paid by Expedia we could not refund you directly at the hotel. Please contact your booking agent and we will be happy to waive our charges to them

Thank you for taking the time to review Casa Mia. Almost all of our rooms have been refurbished this year, I think we are remaining with two, but these will be completed very soon. We are also adding six new rooms by the end of January. Thanks once again for choosing Casa Mia

Thanks so much for your comments. At the beginning of the rainy season, as we are now. The first lightening and rain always cause a change in the pool ( as it does everywhere)We treat this with a pool chemical and it resolves in a couple of days
