โI read bad reviews after booking however during my visit there it was the total opposite. The check in process was smooth and we were taken to the room immediately after check in. There are a variety of restaurants and food options however you must note that some restaurants are not open everyday for dinner as they alternate with the others on site. โWe had an incredible stay! They staff was so incredible, kind, welcoming, and accommodating! We were able to set up transportation easily to and from the airport and taxis as needed. Each staff member made a point to get to know us, and they made sure we were comfortable. The hotel was clean and extremely well kept. The ONLY downfall was the occasional noise of construction. โThis was our third visit to the Atelier Skalo Boutique Hotel, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. We had to change our reservation, and the hotel staff was understanding and efficient in helping us with that. Then we got two lovely surprises when we checked in; a personal and heartfelt note thanking us for the return business, and a free upgrade to a beautiful suite that happened to be available. LOVE this hotel and we will always stay there when traveling to or through Curacao. โ
