"Overall, everything has been very good, and we’ve really enjoyed our stay. The service has been excellent and the staff are very friendly and attentive. There are just a few areas where some consistency could be improved, particularly at breakfast. For example, the eggs are sometimes overcooked, we often have to ask for caramel sauce with the French toast, and the toaster is rarely adjusted properly. These are small details, but improving consistency in these areas would make an already great experience even better. Thank you for the great service!"

"Staff was friendly and pool beach areas wonderful. The big miss is the under staffed restaurants. The person greeting you at the desk was the same person bringing water, drinks, taking food order, delivering food, cleaning tables and setting up tables. Staff was working hard but long waits and good food was only warm."

"There was hair throughout one of the bathrooms. Other than that, the place was very clean. I just wish there was air conditioning in the main/living room area. I was not able to enjoy that part of the apartment because it was so hot. Also, adding additional signage to show where the property office is for check in would be useful."
