“Please bring your hair dryer from home when staying here. I've stayed in many hotels in the world, but I've never seen one, no matter how low-rated, without a hair dryer. However, there is no hair dryer in the room here. We asked for a hair dryer in the evening, but the front desk staff said there were no hair dryers left. The next morning I called the front desk again and asked for a hair dryer and the front desk staff said the housekeeper would bring it to our room, but I didn't receive it...

“Beautiful boutique hotel right in the middle of downtown Collingwood! The in house restaurant was amazing. The room was nicely decorated and I loved the touch of the Christmas records for the record player! ”

“The set up was great on the first floor. Kids room was spacious and comfortable. Master bathroom had a weird tub/shower that was kind of scary to get in and out of. However the beds were very comfortable. Fireplace was super easy to use everyday. Kids wanted to stay in for dinner to enjoy the view of the mountain and the fireplace. Excellent ski on/off location. ”
