“Spent 5 days, 4 nights at Lunala Hotel in Getsemaní, Cartagena, Colombia to celebrate babygirl's 27th birthday, and they took great care of us the whole stay. The location was perfect, pretty much everything was within walking distance or a quick Uber ride away. Check-in was smooth, the staff was attentive from day one, and the room was clean, stylish, and comfortable throughout. It was the perfect home base for a birthday trip, even though the celebration itself happened out and about in the...

Personal excelente”

“This place is like being in a dream. You enter and you’re greeted by two of the sweetest, hardworking, and locally educated assistants whom live in a small attached segment to the house. They brought us fresh squeezed lemonade, water to our rooms while we toured the house, and were a major help at almost all times of the day and night even thought they were off the clock. The breakfast they make is truly to die for with flavor, abundance if you’re hungry and amazing juices. We had Arepa,...

“Loved it and would come back . Walking distance to everything and everyone was amazing”

“Exceptional stay. Rooms and beds were aesthetically designed and very comfortable. Staff go above and beyond - kind, attentive and always looking after you. Food and drink of excellent quality and pools/spa were a great addition. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay Casa Carolina!”

“Staff were amazing, rooms were beautiful. And the rooftop with pool was such a nice space. Food was good, if not excellent (with the exception of the ceviche, which was excellent!) ”

“The hotel has an excellent location, and the staff is very attentive, friendly, and professional. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general is also very good. However, breakfast is served at a restaurant next door, and unfortunately, this was the most disappointing part of our stay. The selection is quite limited, and the service is extremely slow. Additionally, the juices and yogurt were not properly chilled. This is definitely an area that needs improvement, as it was the main...

“Stay was amazing, staff was super helpful and friendly. Felt like home away from home. I’m defintely looking forward to booking this hotel again on my next visit. Was the perfect location inside the Walled City.”

“Friendly staff, and clean”

“ubicacion perfecta, buenas condiciones, limpio, excelente estadía”

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia.”

“We enjoyed ourselves at this hotel. It was in the midst of everything and walking distance. We did have some experience with the guest that wanted quiet. But we was in the midst of where everything is noisy, so I’m not sure how they expected people to be quiet in the pool other than that we had an amazing time.”

“I was so disappointed and am simply speechless. The property was poorly maintained, but the worse part of it all was the staff at the front desk and overall feeling exploited. There were ridiculous extra charges amounting to hundreds of dollars. Please look at my long history and the rest of my reviews which are generally 5 stars of excellent. I am not one to carelessly criticize. But this is a place that will essentially scam you and have you feeling completely exploited. They are incredibly...
