“The staff was extremely courteous. The only drawback was that this hotel functions more like a bed and breakfast -- many functions are managed by a larger facility down the street. Again, the staff is great, but there is sometimes a delay while they have to check with someone in the other hotel for special requests or financial matters. ”
“If you wanted to get the feel of living in an ecosystem that has that comes with a view and fresh food for breakfast as well as everything within a walking distance this is the place to be.
A chance to see our commodities at work like never seen in my 30 years of world travel for the price that everyone in a community would like, Casa Claver is that place for you whether you alone or a group of 6-10 it would make you happy.
The Lopez Family”
“It was a beautiful historic house in the old city of Cartagena. Close to the walls and most of the old city attractions. The staff was amazing and very attentive. The breakfast was authentic and delicious. They customized things based on individual requests. They even did the laundry for us giving back the cloths folded. Definitely recommend staying there.”
“Great stay, comfortable beds, amazing bfast, lovely staff, pools are great after a day walking in the city.
The area is super convenient because is close to the Muralla so you can catch the sunset every day and it’s quiet at night, but still pretty close to main bars and nightlife.
As a big plus you have crepes and waffles ice cream on the same street, the restaurant like 2 min away and Nia bakery 5 min away.”
“Casa San Agustín is, without a doubt, the best hotel in Cartagena!! From the moment you arrive, the service is absolutely spectacular. Every detail is thoughtful, the staff is incredibly warm and attentive, and the hotel itself is simply divine.
It’s elegant, beautiful, and has such a special atmosphere that makes you never want to leave. We absolutely love staying here. Truly one of our favorite hotels anywhere!”
