"This is a beautiful little hotel close by to the lovely Bitez beach. We had a relaxing couple of days here, and loved the decor, the pool and hotel. The owners were so helpful and kind, you can tell they really care about their guests having a great time. Thank you!"

"There was a dirty towel in the balcony when we checked it. The tiles had just been mopped so it was wet and by the time we walked in, there was dirt everywhere. There is no daily room service and the towels are filth. I arranged a bedroom for 3 people and receptionist advised that they would arrange someone to organise a sofa bed and no one attended to arrange the bed and I slept on the lounge for the entire 3 nights with no assistance anywhere to be found. I had to call and request for things...
