가격은 이벤트로 36000원에 계약. 건물이 큰편(8층정도 되나?) 옥상은 개방되어서 부가 좋고 , 아침은 탑층에서 하고 옥상에 커피마실수 있게 꾸며놓았음.객실은 깨끗하고 현대식임.이벤트 가격이라 아침은 별도로 지불 . 3000원정도 . 옥상뷰가 매우 좋고 직원들 친절함. 와이파이 연결은되나 인터넷 안됨. 말하면 될듯

If you can get a room on a higher floor it is nice and quiet. I stayed on the second floor where I could hear reception as well as the street noise and then also on the fourth floor facing the garden where it was extremely quiet. Staff was kind. Breakfast was basic but good.

The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Breakfast is amazing. The location could not be more perfect. Access to restaurants and transit is right outside the door. Lots of street entertainment and a market only blocks away. The walk of murals is also within a short walk.

Location is great. Rooms are very small, but clean. The staff is very polite, pleasant and always happy to help. Breakfast is quite ordinary.

Un día antes nos pusimos de acuerdo para validar temas de transporte y poder dejar maletas antes del check in. Cuando llegamos nos indicaron que tuvieron un inconveniente con la habitación por un tema de inundación y que nos iban a trasladar a otro hotel eso fue a las 11:00 am Como no se lograba concretar dejamos maletas y recorrimos un poco las cercanías del.hotel llegamos nuevamente a las 2:00 PM y a las tres nos pasaron de hotel... Que por cierto en una zona muy peligrosa, ruidosa, no se lograba dormir bien... Y cuando llegamos muy feo que el personal no nos diera respuesta... Realmente nos decepcionó la situación y la falta de comunicación ya que tenian mi contacto... En otras ocasiones me había pasado el tema de cambio de reserva y muy amables se comunicaron... Antes de llegar. Se comprende que hay inconvenientes pero la zona a la que nos trasladaron como.nos dijeron los mismos trabajadores del hotel muy peligrosa, salir sin pasaporte, y lo mínimo de dinero... Incluso en dicho hotel en el.mismo.piso se enfiestaron y trataron de meterse a la habitación porque estaban muy muy "borrachos". En síntesis, muy mala experiencia.

In my opinion property was in a good location for tourist activities. Walking distance to Gold Museum, Plaza Bolivar, 24 hour OXXO a block away, Monserrate, Chorro de Quevedo and even Sabana station to take the tourist train to Catedral de Sal. Comfortable beds, clean room, quiet when windows are close (6th floor) friendly staff and flexible with booking we decided to stay 2 extra days and they were quick to accomodate.

Thank you Juliet for helping us when we needed it. The room was dark and depressing. Very noisy from the neighbours during the night. Could not open the window wide enough to get the terrible smell out from the cleaning products they use. No fan to move the air. Water from the shower going to the room. Only 2 towels and nothing to put on the floor. Front desk nice and helpful. Breakfast ok. Sadly, I would not stay there again.

Giving this hotel a 1 star because, I booked a room, but they were oversold and sent me to a much worse hotel instead. I had no advance notice of the change and had to make a decision at midnight to get a refund or go to a worse hotel. Looks like a nice place, but I wouldn't risk booking here if you'll just end up somewhere else, with limited options in a foreign country.

Muito condizente com as fotos e o atendimento foi muito prestativo. Fica no centro histórico da cidade, bem próximo aos principais pontos turísticos. O Hotel não possue café da manhã, porém possui uma cafeteira/restaurante que disponibiliza um ótimo café da manhã por uma tarifa extra. Os quartos não possuem ar condicionado, porém a cidade tem temperaturas baixas durante a noite, não comprometendo o conforto durante a noite. O terraço é muito bonito, com um lindo jardim, uma vista interessante da cidade, podendo assistir o pôr do Sol e a noite estrelada, possui cadeiras, mesas e sofás muito confortáveis.

The service was good as well as the location very close to most tourist attractions. We did not like the smell of fresh paint that came from the bathroom that was so strong it gave me a headache.
