Nice comfortable quiet motel property undergoing needed refurbishment. I did use earplugs to deal with the very very loud (but efficient) heating/cooling unit and shower could stand an upgrade to more space and a shelf for soap and shampoo.

There is a hole at the bath entrance, carpet only thing keeping you from falling through. Toilet seat 100 years old and falling apart, curtains have so many holes, looks like shotgun did it, door barely locks to the room. If I had not driven 950 miles and was dead on my feet I would have got my money back and went elsewhere. 3 out 100

It was run down, furniture looked like thrift store, smelled like old smoke, cracks in ceiling, paint and walls dirty, dingy. And it cost over $100. It would’ve been acceptable for around $45.

I personally dont mind the staff she gave me back my money. But i stayed half a night. I think they need to say we have internet but not high speed. Im videogamer. I couldnt even connect to my ipad. And the tv was so pixeled that you could barely see picture. So for me its a miss. Overall friendly lady.

The owners were very nice. The rooms need torn down. They are quite disgusting. It’s a sketchy area. I would not go back. Also asked for non smoking and it smelled like a smoke stack

The room was clean and the price was right. The a/c was really loud but effective. The place is definitely old and in need of a facelift, but it was comfortable and I slept well.

No such thing as Non smoking
It was a non smoking room but that wasn’t the case. Perhaps because we are allergic/sensitive to smoke/ it was a rough night. Man checking is was nice. If you truly want a non smoking room- don’t stay here.

Rooms were very clean but old, outdated and in need of repair. Beds were comfortable and it served it's purpose for a quick nights rest.

IT was a adequate place but the drain cover on the shower was loose got on rubber bath mat causing it to slip I fell and now am facing physical therapy and possible surgery.

We usually stay here because it's the cheapest place around, and the owners are so very nice. Place could use a few upgrades though.

Office was very nice. Room was shabby but clean. Bathroom sink clogged up and had a leak in the pipes. Overflow parking was over a filled in pool.

As a warning to fellow fans of cheap motels: this place is FILTHY. Im talking about black mold, peeling wallpaper, decades old grime and dust on fixtures and heating unit filthy. Black stuff coming out of shower drain when using bathroom sink filthy. Ripped carpets, cigarette holes the size of quarters on blankets, and mysterious brown stains caked on walls and mattress filthy. After traveling a long distance it was too late to find another place to stay - don't let this happen to you!

The bed linens and towels and furniture and toiletries all good. The place needs a total Reno. It is too old, carpets, tiles curtains, etc to ever get looking clean, very shabby. Check in was great, but not enough to stay ever again unless upgraded.

I really liked Justin. He was professional and very courteous. He provided the right room for my needs (downstairs and accepted my pet). I didn't like the room because the air conditioner heater made constant noise, more than a little. The door was not the best for security. The toilet seat had been there so long the paint was wearing off and the general condition of the room was run down. For all that the price was right and it was clean. It was a bed for the night in an aging motel. All I needed.

So much didnt work! Even electrical tape on miccwave cord. The shower had rust stain on the wall and pipes.

We checked in towards evening, and really loved the nostalgia of this hotel with the sign and vintage style. It reminded my sister and I of family road trips cross country as kids. Our bathroom was an awesome pink that my 9 year old daughter thought was awesome! The managers were very friendly. And we loved that the pool was filled in with gravel and now looked like a patio area. In the morning, the motel tended to show its age a little more, but it was a quiet and great place to stay!
