"My travel experience in Antigua and Barbuda began with an initial booking at The Ocean Inn. Although the property boasted a spectacular, top-tier location, it suffered from severe operational neglect and was in desperate need of a deep, thorough cleaning and major renovation. I originally booked for a four-night stay from August 13th to August 17th, I made the decision to check out early on August 15th after enduring only two nights. To preserve my basic physical comfort I relocated to Royalton Antigua (An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort) for the remaining two nights. Overall, my stay at the Royalton Antigua (An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort) was great. After the substandard experience at my previous lodging, checking into this resort successfully restored my peace of mind and provided the high level of comfort and clean lodging I required. The environment and amenities at the Royalton Antigua were absolutely spectacular; the gorgeous surroundings, excellent facilities, and clean space offered a wonderful and restorative retreat. The primary drawback of the stay, however, was the service. Personal interactions with some of the staff members were not pleasant, and it was quite obvious in their interactions with guests, which was a clear departure from the resort's otherwise high standards. Despite the less than ideal service from certain staff members, the environment and quality amenities made this stay a positive experience overall."
