Amazing place: Top modern 1930s "funkis" villa!

What a fantastic place. It is hard to describe - you have to see it yourself. Fantastic "Funkis" (Funktionalisme) house from the 1930s handsome modernized and renovated with all modern facilities (e.g. electrical blinds) and still with all the original details. A highly recommend place where you will have a warm welcome 10 mins walk to really nice pizzeria and 15-20 min walk to the city center We would for sure like to go back

Villa Gotti

This is a great place. It’s residential but only a 15 minute walk to the center of the city. The bus stop number 30 stops is less than a block away. No elevator and a few steps to climb to get to the front door. The villa is wonderful and Juan is first class. It was an easy 15 Euro cab ride from the Bologna Central Train station. Will stay there again on our next trip.

Great place - Breakfast provided, no other meals, however there are so many places to eat in Bologna, which are so close. The staff are pleasant and the manager/owner even gave me their personal mobile number so if I needed anything they would try to help. Great place lovely Art Deco decor.
