"Flat was already occupied, rang owner who had also given someone else my flats code. We had to stay in the flat the people in ours should’ve been in which was only a 1 bedroom and not big enough. The flat owners never even apologised and are refusing to give any refund even though I paid for a 2 bed flat. Do not use this company."

"Great little apartment for our stay in Ironbridge. The joining instructions were clear. Although I think we were lucky to find 'temporary parking' near the accommodation for unloading, the locked car park about 400m away (apparently) was very useful indeed. When I realised where the apartment was I was concerned there would be noise from the high street but it was actually shielded from the road by the shops and thus very quiet with no traffic noise at all.
