“Great room for our stopover. The room was spacious, clean and had a very comfortable bed. It was very close to shopping, Bondi Beach and restaurants making all within walkable distances. And for those who don't really want to walk, it had good transport options close by. Reception were pleasant and very professional, and as we were earlier than our check in time they held our bags allowing us to head off and enjoy some of what Sydney had to offer. Great place, would stay again. Thank you.”

However, I felt that staff members need more professional training, I didn't expect professional-professional and skillful staff members as this is not a chain hotel though. I'm thinking that staff members of a boutique hotel need professionalism as much as they need friendly and lively attitude. Typical boutique and 3-star hotel, but overall not bad considering its room rate.”

“I stayed at the royal hotel for 1 week and really enjoyed it. It's about 12 min walking distance from Coogee beach and is near many cafes and restaurants. It is also near bus lines that take you to the city. I'd recommend this place to sb who wants to spend a relaxed time by the beach. “We stayed on the top floor and had an amazing large balcony on the roof with the best view! There is no elevator but we didn't mind. The location is good, close to bus stops into the city and you can walk to cool shops, cafes and bars. The person on the desk was very friendly and accommodating with our bags.”
