“Excellent and helpful staff. Basic amenities that many other hotels that would fall into this category, were missing unfortunately. Bottled water was only 2 small bottles when you check in, otherwise you have to get your own supply of fresh water to drink. No conditioner or lotion is supplied for guests, again you are on your own for this. The small touches that make you feel like you're being supplied with the very basic daily needs based on the price you pay for the visit were not considered....

“Not very all inclusive option, way too pricey for extras. At least breakfast should be included with cost! Rooms are outdated and not much entertainment or fun activities 🤔💰Then drinks and meals are costly overall. There is no flexibility with large groups.”

“This review was for the bay gardens beach resort, as Sapphire was not opened when we went at the end of May/June. When we booked in Nov the previous year, it was supposed to open in Jan. When we checked directly with the resort in Apr, 6 weeks before our arrival, they further confirmed our room would be available. 3 weeks later, they said it would not be open and put us in 2 rooms at bay gardens. Judging by the construction and pace of work, it would be shocking if it will be opened before July...
