When I asked to have it added to a room, customer report, she all of a sudden found our stolen stuff. The place was very dirty, but we were unable to obtain a room elsewhere.”

“I booked this stay for my mobility limited, elderly mother. The staff was so incredibly kind, allowing me to visit the room before my booking to make sure the hotel would work for my mother’s needs. During her stay, the staff realized that my mother had a difficult time opening the door to her room, so they took it upon themselves to make her a plate for breakfast morning and bring it to her. “Just a terrible stay. We left after one day and ate the cost of the second day just to escape. Poor amenities and creepy beds with stained bed covers. Really? When a bed linen is shot, just throw it away. Breakfast was dreadful with nothing there to eat. The attendant guy was there but didn't bother to put more stuff out.
