โThe room, lobby and the parking lot was clean. The staff here is Amazing; I wish I could remember everyone names. From the receptionist we met on the 1st night, to Mrs. Tammy, the cleaning crew, and the super mom receptionist that gave me a hug as I was leaving. I love them all and thank you for making my daughter & I feel welcome. I'll be back!โ
โThe best part about my stay was the hospitality. When I book the room, I didnโt realize it was a motel, and the bathroom was really small. I brought up those concerns with the guy working the front desk and he was really gracious and was going to allow me to check out early and get a refund for my unused days. I ended up staying because if Iโm in a whole different city, Iโm not going to be cooped up in my hotel. Has customer service was outstanding.โ
โWe stayed here on a budget trip to NOLA. We had low expectations, but overall, this motel was decent. There was a bad smoke smell in my room that was not taken care of. The guy at the front desk tried to tell us we couldn't eat in our room. Other than that, the stay was what we needed. If you want a decent breakfast, bring cookware and more food because breakfast is only waffles and bread. โ

โWe spent 3 very enjoyable nights at Travelers New Orleans. The facilities were top notch, the staff were very helpful the services met our needs and the we're located on public transit, close to great restaurants and within walking distance of many attractions. We highly recommend them!โ
