Think you’re saving money by staying at this resort? You’re not. Not only is the location terrible, they also have rooms that leak water from the roof that they will knowingly transfer you to, and if you want an e trike to go to the main locations of Boracay, it will take 15-20 minute for the tricycle to arrive. We were transferred from 3 different rooms in the span of less than 24hrs. Firstly because their connecting door rooms have such thin doors you’ll think the people in the other room are in yours. Second, the roof was literally leaking brown water into the toilet area of the bathroom. This also caused the room to reek of mold. Finally they transferred us to a larger room that still smelled moldy because of the lack of ventilation in the rooms. Taking a 5 minute shower with the bathroom door open would lead to all of the glass and mirrors being thick in condensate. If you call the front desk expect to wait for 5 minutes for your call to be answered. Want to request a tricycle yo avoid waiting? They will tell you that you have to be in the lobby to request a tricycle. On top of that round trip tricycle fares are 600 to 800 pesos. The staff except for managers are generally uninformed. The only thing good about this place is if you want to avoid crowds but that’s easily achieved by staying at the Bulabog Beach area which is walkable to DMall. At least the food is of okay quality. The beach at this location is definitely of a lower standard to White Beach.

The pool was small, the food was overpriced and not very good. The property is very far from the town area and the cabs are very expensive to get anywhere. Everything seemed overpriced and underwhelming. Cannot recommend and wouldn't stay here again.

Perfect stay in Boracay. Away from the chaos at station 2, staff was professional and helpful throughout the entire stay. Gym could be better however, but was probably better than most hotel gyms on the island.

Its not in the walking distance to the centre of the town. I found this is not convenient. The free shuttle from the hotel is basically useless.

Great hotel but not much to do around the area
Almost everything about my stay was great, customer service, cleanliness, hospitality and just everything was a great experience. The only downside is not much in the way of entertainment nearby as you have to either just go to the beach everyday or book tours but if you want to explore the town you will need to order transport which is from 200 peso to 500 to get into town.

Belmont is a nice quiet escape from the bustle of Boracay's busy and crowded White Sand Beach and Station 2. The beach here is clean and atmosphere and good are amazing!!!

We were given a hillside view room upgrade on arrival, well-appointed average size room. Buffet breakfast with good selections. We loved how Belmont (with Savoy next door) has its own beautiful, private beach, away from the crowds. You can also go for nice walks in the area. Staff really nice & friendly. If one wishes to go to the town center or D' Mall, free return shuttles are available from Belmont. However, booking required. What we didn't like.....nothing that can't be fixed. For example, just some attention to detail when cleaning is concerned. Room was generally clean but area behind sink basin starting to get mouldy. A good wipe would have fixed it. While the property has only been opened since 2019, so we were told, it hasn't really been that used because of the Covid lockdowns. So still fairly new. We'd definitely return to Belmont next time we're in Boracay.

The unique location of the hotel definitely made for quiet, but sometimes being secluded isn't all it's cracked up to be. Transportation was offered but challenging to meet timelines without notice.

The entire surrounding area is nice, clean and well-maintained. It's pretty safe and quiet. No one can come in without going through the checkpoint.

Disorganised and not worth the money!
Real shame about Belmont after seeing the reviews. My stay was less than average. Positive was it had good wifi but where do I start with the disappointments. Firstly I was given a room right next to the construction site opposite so I asked for a move and the women said that’s what you paid for. I paid an additional 1500php for a hillside room as it was less noisy and I didn’t have to look at a construction site. The room was okay but so damp. The whole back building seems damp. I had to cover my clothes because they would be so damp the next morning. Something needs fixing there but it was durable as I’d already changed room so didn’t want more fuss. One morning I booked an island tour and the free shuttle service which takes you to the main part of the island that the hotel puts on shows 9am which has to be booked in advance at the reception desk. They say come for 8:45am and wait in the lobby. It arrived at 9:45am which made me and another family late for the island hopping tour which made us look bad, everyone was waiting on the boat for us, their looks said it all. This isn’t good enough as it’s a small island and Belmont’s excuse was they didn’t have enough drivers. Get more then! Don’t book people up who are excited for their day trips and then turn up late. People are on limited time and this could ruin their day! Breakfast is okay as it’s part of the hotel costs. It doesn’t offer enough international options though. Cereal is just the choco shells.

Whole experience was ok
Lovely location, regular shuttle service to the main beach from the hotel, book far in advance, however, if they are fully booked, your only option is to wait for an e-trike, for a cost. Concierge service is difficult to get hold of. Belmont Cafe for your buffet breakfast, a la carte for lunch and dinner. You pay a premium price but the food quality is pretty good. If you choose to stay here, aim for summer so you can fully enjoy the beach. January - February time and it tends to be very windy on this side of the island. Staff are nice and helpful.

I want to thank the staff of Belmont hotel for their hospitality and friendly accommodations especially for my aging parents with disabilities. Their room was senior friendly even though it was on a different level from me. I also want to thank the Belmont security near the beach for the assistance in transporting them back to hotel because they couldn’t walk up the hill at night. I loved that it was quiet and less crowded. The buffet was sufficient and tasty. I would be back for peace and relaxation. Til next time and thanks again from The Nunns of New Jersey USA and the Durezas of New Washington Aklan.

Terrible location, never come again for staying
surrounding of this hotel is still wild land and constructing base, there is no restaurant or shops in 2km distance. few shuttle bus every 1.5 hours with 14 seats only. we waiting for the bus to dinning out and come back to hotel waste a lot of valuable time. breakfast is poor and crowd not a like 3.5 or 4 star hotel. at check-out time about 40 guests wait for bus to go ferry port but still only 14 seat bus serve us. the other guests have to wait until that bus come back to carry another 14 pxn. and the others have wait again. the terrible traffic and location ruins our holiday. I took photos of waiting guests for reference

The Belmont Boracay was perfect…service was excellent across the board…beach was very clean! Rooms and bathrooms were clean too…spa was okay…although masseuse was good! Food was great too! No complaints if you just want to lounge around…kinda far from station 1, but complimentary shuttle service was wonderful too…

If you want a quiet beach front then this hotel is great. Amenities is meh and it’s very far from everything else in Station 1-3. Food is always cold. But staff are all friendly and courteous. Won’t come back though.

The hotel is quite new and totally impressive inside. Lots of construction going on to make this place even better. The restaurant is really beautiful and clean and a pleasure to eat there. The beach there is barely used but I picked up something there which gave me pneumonia and fever so not sure how it happened.

Property was very clean, well-kept. Since it’s a new hotel (Just opened in the fall) there are still a couple hiccups the staff are working through. Check-In took a lot longer than expected.

So impressive! I was supposed to meet up an old friend in Boracay but unfortunately, she was caught in a situation, so I ended up traveling by myself. Thanks to the amazing staff by the pool bar Jeff and Chef who made my whole Belmont stay a memorable one. Both were very accommodating and very attentive; you don't even have to call them for anything!!! The bar offers a plethora of cocktails and specialty drinks, some even new to me. It wasn't really busy that time and Jeff was above and beyond, giving me information about the island, where to go and things to do. We even met up after their shift and gave me a little tour which is really commendable! They were the best!!! I booked an Executive Suite on the 6th floor. The room was really nice, clean and spacious. It has its own living room area with a toilet. The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was completely spotless. The breakfast buffet was really delicious! They served a wide variety of food from asian to western added with the beautiful ambiance of the restaurant, it's 10/10! This hotel can surpass most hotels I stayed overseas! Also, the hotel has its own private beach, a 3-5-minute walk. The beach was just extraordinary! The view was so stunning and breathtaking! I took a lot of photos there. It was very peaceful, a getaway from the crowd in stations 1-3. Overall, my experience was beyond amazing and I will definitely come back and stay here! Great job Belmont! Great job Jeff and Chef-my newfound friends!

Staff was exceptional, hotel very nicely decorated and when finished will be a five star property easily. Private beach is beautiful but there is a free shuttle to and from white beach several times daily. Breakfast buffet is excellent as well!
