"Exceeded expectations for the location. Noise from the busy streets was biggest downfall, but expected being so close to train station. Fantastic selection of breakfast foods. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Small shower in one of the rooms. Larger in the other room. We had two rooms for a family trip. Elevator was a pleasant surprise also. "

"Very good clean hotel. When I checked into my room the heat would not work. A technician was needed and was not available. In the morning the issue was fixed completely. There was not another room to move me to. I was provided with a portable heater which worked perfectly well for the night."

"“The hotel was clean, modern, and beautifully updated—I especially loved the bathtub! The room had an electric kettle with plenty of tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Although the surrounding area isn’t the nicest, there are lots of good restaurants and shopping options nearby. It’s also right across from Piazza Garibaldi, where many tours start, so it’s very convenient overall. Would I comeback? Absolutely!”"

"This is my go to stay when traveling to Naples- it is the second time I book in this B&B. I find the location very central to move around the city since it’s walking distance from Piazza Garibaldi (the train & metro station) as well as many other attractions such as the Historic Centre and the Museum of Contemporary Art. I try to always book a room with a balcony when i travel so I stayed in the Massimo room. The bed was comfortable and had soft and firm pillows which is a huge plus for me. Overall the room was spotless. Everything was perfect but the one thing that made me come back is the hospitality and attentiveness. Would definitely recommend and will come back when in Naples :)"

"Easy to find and the responsiveness from staff was great. Check in and check out made easy. About a 15mn walk to the train station to get around everywhere! And the water from the shower was so warm! Loved it!"
